Toni is a passionate wine grower with a charismatic, ironic, hospitable, and generous spirit. He runs the family farm with the help of his brother Romeo. The company, biodynamic certificated, is located in the deep hilly countryside of Benevento, an area with a rich history related to the Italy unification. They grew only local grapes following the tradition, which is why they also produce Sciascino wine, a variety almost disappeared. Toni firmly believes in the power of regenerative agriculture and is collaborating with Napoli University to improve the technology to use less copper and sulfur in the vineyards. Tasting his wines, you can clearly understand they are unique and authentic expressions of the terroir and Toni's philosophy life.
