It is vinified according to tradition with a small percentage of Trebbiano to give lightness and freshness—an extraordinarily floral and fruity nose. In the mouth, it is an absolute explosion of freshness, which makes the wine very fluid. The tannins are velvety, and the wine is enveloping, with a juicy and persistent finish dominated by sapidity.
